Show Notes Karen Lorre has been living in unconditional love for years and shares this with others through her meditations. In this first of a two-part episode, she explains how she teaches people to show up, be authentic and live a “yummy orgasmic life.” Karen has been an actress most of her life, and started studying pre-med. She went through challenges and was trained by them to focus only on the positives.  “It shifted everything and I got a tremendous amount of clarity about the power of love” She became a teacher of love and now creates guided meditations that help people find solutions to every issue.  Karen believes that seeing the beauty in people, things and nature is important. By focusing on beauty, she has improved her health and it even allowed her to forego a surgery that she was told she required. By creating a meditation for herself that focuses on the things she appreciates, her body got healthy. Karen has been meditating for about 28 years and it has given her the ability to perceive subtle energies and to perceive guidance. She believes that obsession is a vehicle that most people use to destroy themselves but it can also be used positively, which is what she used it for in her life. “It literally transformed me. It has been such a pleasurable obsession.” To shut off worry, Karen focuses on the things that lift her up, while everything else isn’t relevant. “I keep my attention on the heart” Karen shares that life is full of pleasure and there are many simple things you can do to be in pleasure, such as smelling essential oils to trigger relaxation. She offers a variety of working with her, including one-on-one, group coaching and classes. Karen also speaks at and conducts workshops worldwide. She says that anything anyone wants, they can achieve it through understanding certain things. “I want people to be free, to be empowered and to know what they can do.
