I had to go pick up my granddaughter last night. Coming out of my dirt road, a women almost hit me as she was flying down another road. She stopped and yelled at me flipping me off...I just looked at her. When I got to town, 10 miles later, it was very unusual to see it so empty. The feel was like isolation. Uncanny feeling. But I was thankful there was no rioting or protestors. 1/3 of our businesses have closed this past few months. Super sad

I took care of an old buddhist man for 25 years. Most important lesson I learned from him...you do not condone anyone's wretched behavior, but we forgive it or them in order to set us free. He mailed me a card 30 years ago, that he wrote this message, which I still have as a gentle reminder
