bit.ly/freevirtualeq She shares that as we shift the energy in our bodies, it changes how we think, how we feel and how we react to life. “It’s how we react to life that really prevents u from living the lives we want” Andrea says that for a long time, she was shy and scared of being around people, which led to frustration. She created her system really as a way to change her own life. She believes that we all have an intellectual knowing and intelligence, and in order to live a fulfilled life we need to be able to listen to all of our voices of intelligence, such as our “gut center”, or instincts. Andrea advises others to temporarily bypass their thinking minds when looking to solve a problem, and instead rely on another source of intelligence. “If you could have figured it out with your thinking brain, you would have already; we have the body inform the mind.” Through her work, she has learned that we can embody the gifts of all personality styles and emotions. “Any emotion has a positive side, and a challenging side” She notes that if you avoid the darker side of an emotion, you can’t really fully and authentically embody the healthy, beautiful side of it. She says the key to emotional intelligence though is being able to transform an emotion “on the spot.” “How can I respond in a way that reflects my best and highest self?” She looks back now and sees that every time she struggled in life, it was a choice on her part to do so. “I think our true nature is to have that ease and flow.” Andrea believes that change can be easy, but the missing step can be us not listening to our body’s wisdom. To start, we can ask ourselves: “Who’s the me I want to be?” Andrea states that as you shift the energy in your body, you will change how you think, how you feel, and how you live your life.
