Tyhson uses hypnotism to do this, which he finds very powerful. “It gave me the feeling of what it was to get out of my own way” He counts down from five to one to connect to Source, then saying “Theta” to remind him of the state of flow that he wants to be in. There are 7 plains of existence to move through: rocks, plants, animals, ancestry, the laws and the creation of all that is. “I love the simplicity of this; it helps me understand the roles of the Chakras” He adds that when you’re in the flow, it’s easy to communicate with animals and children. When speaking with elementals, you set the intention before actually doing it. This connects you in the vibrational frequency to all levels of creation. It’s possible to communicate with elementals by taking pictures of nature. Cameras that are sensitive to capturing orbs are better than others. The amount of orbs is an indication that fairies and elementals are present.Tyhson says it’s about being aware of how elementals will show up, and then allowing that to happen. If you allow yourself to be nourished every day, even for a short period of time, it will be like taking a “spiritual bath.” “Let go of the mind chatter and just let yourself be rather than worrying” He adds that if you truly believe that you are enough, then you’re not looking for anything outside of yourself. “Just show up and be authentic. All sorts of magic is going to happen.” The language of the birds pre-dates other languages and involves communication with elementals. Every sacred site has different levels to it, including underground ones where energy is charged in the earth, such as a spring of water. All of the churches in Europe are usually over top of a dome of water. Tyhson states that guidance is much harder to seek as an individual, and is much easier to achieve and download as a group.
